They ask for deposit..and takes to long to return it

Pésimo olor a humedad en el cuarto, acudí a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que si quería el cambio tenía que pagar. Horrible experiencia, no pude dormir

Lo que no me gusto es que a mi esposa le hice la reservación pero al llegar le pidieron 100 dólares de depósito???? Es la primera vez que pasa esto, porque????
