I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and was visiting due to a family members healthy. The Valley is known for a proud tradition of friendliness and pride in the work done. This hotel does not live up to that. The drawers in the room were filthy, as was the entire air conditioner making it hard to cool the room evenly. There were cobwebs in corners and the tub had huge growths of mildew. If I had to assume it would be the hotel is short staffed; cleaning crew to the front desk. I wouldn’t waste the money when there are much nicer hotels I found in the same area.

The carpet is very dirty and old, room is stuffy, couldn’t even take a shower as caulk around bathtub is moldy. AC unit very loud and could not adjust it. Only stayed because we checked it late and couldn’t leave.
