Understaffed at the check in counter, at check in time, on a Saturday that kicks of a major holiday week, is not proper planning. This creates a bottle neck and unnecessarily long lines and disgruntled guests at the start of their stay. Could have been easily avoided. Breakfast was ok.

The tv didn't work. There was no hot water when I arrived. No freezer to freeze my icepacks. I travel with insulin. Not a great experience.
