Property under going remodel and feels it needed a little more time to finish. First room didn’t have working lights. Staff was very friendly.

Terrible place

The rooms were trash all over the floorsand the beds had no sheets on them and the toilet was stopped up. I had to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else.they said they would refund me but the charged me a second time days later never giving me a refund for the 1st time.

The stool was filthy. The first room had a large amount of poop under the stool seat and pee on the stool rim. I asked for a second room and it had the same thing. The second room had a fresh stain on the sheet. The property was nice enough and there was a great restaurant next door but the bathroom and linen were filthy.

Could Have Been Better

I chose this hotel because of the Retro decorated lobby in the pictures but I learned when I arrived that the Retro pictures are not current. The hotel is in a renovation project that was nowhere near complete. My room had 25% of the curtains falling off the rack; I had to try to put them back on the wall without any connectors. The bed did not have any top sheet or bedspread. Their washing machine was broken and they had just gotten it fixed that day so I didn't get my towels until 7:00 PM. The hall from the parking lot to the rooms was not locked. On the Pro Side, the room was clean, quiet and in a safe location and the price was way below their competitors. For a One Night stay, I would stay there again but for a 7 Night stay, I would look into staying somewhere else.

Property management need training . The environment is in bad shape. Nothing would make me stay here ever again. Bathroom had bugs dead on floor. Light shade was on top of vanity. Towel not washed and smell dirty. No soap. People yelling at night. Doors being slammed all night. Management would not to do anything about it. Just overall this location has won the worst of the worst.

Arrived to find nobody at the desk. Had to call. Was told no rooms available even though I reserved and paid for a room. Was told I could have a room but it didn’t lock. Overall terrible experience.
