We had a group of very noisy kids next door I called to complain at 10:30 pm,11:30 pm and 12:12 I’m not sure what the staff did if anything but it did not quiet down until after 1:00am

Kim at the front desk was accommodating. The property is well-maintained and clean.

The hotel was very clean and updated. Everything in my room worked and was set up well. Check-in and out was easy. The one big problem was the noise. You could hear multiple TVs and people talking while in my room. Also, I was in a room next to the elevator and it was SO NOISY that I couldn't sleep. I asked to change rooms but I was politely told I couldn't. Next time I will make sure not to get a room near the elevator.
