Couldn’t check in because somehow they couldn’t find my name. The staff doesn’t speak the local language, wouldn’t let me use the phone.

Hello, I'm sorry for what I just learned because most of the time we do not need to see the name of the client to register as long as there is availability however I do not know what you called by the local language because we speak local languages as well french and espaganol thank you

Comfortable and quiet after long plane trip

I paid with cash.

Posted 24 Jan 2018Après une recherche fastidieuse de l hôtel il y avait personnes à l accueil pour nous recevoir je suis à un autre hôtel je vous demande de me rembourser car vous êtes intégralement responsable de cette nesaventure et aujourd’hui je ne vous recommande rais pas à mes amis....
J attends de vous que vous me remboursiez car je pense que vous devez vous assurez de vos partenaires
