Bad experience

Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsI’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many places but this has to be the worst. There wasn’t even a kettle or station to make coffee which is a first. Also, waking up to someone sweeping right outside the door at like 7am is just not cool. I didn’t enjoy the stay and I definitely wouldn’t recommended.

However feel free to contact me or my staff at any time for assistance and direction to the coffee stand that is next to your room under the veranda, which is there for everyone convenience or for annoying noises before the cleaning staff arrive at 08h00.We are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Good service and locación. Overpriced when compared what we got vs other guesthouse in SA

We booked a family room which was very specious only thing I would mentioned is the bathroom is not private within the room. Other than that would definitely recommend.
