Great stay at M Mbezi , great location closed

We have received a warm welcome!! Staff offered outstanding customer service!! - room was clean, bed was comfortable -most amenities was available , location close to shopping centre and buses - air conditioning was working well - delicious meal ( breakfast and dinner ) -finally, I would suggest to do some renovations on shower

DONOT STAY HERE, PLEASE!!!!

Do not stay in this terrible NO STAR hotel. Far away from Airport and city center, far from the beach also. Traffic jam always happen. Room is very old and toilet was damaged. No soap, shampoo, water supplied. Tap water is salted and undrinkable. Breakfast always lately and poor services. Very bad hotel with "FOUR STAR". Is hotels.com 's staff blind to allow this hotel 4 star? Just a teribble guest house no more

Outstanding staff and complimentary breadkfast. Reasnable fee. Plenty of shopping around area. Secure building . Manager on site. English speaking staff

The staff at the M Hotel was helpful and kind. Noise was a factor as it in on a busy road and there is no sound-proofing. A beach shuttle was advertised but there was no beach shuttle readily available during my stay. After some consternation, the manager did very kindly arrange for a tuk-tuk to take me. She was trying to remove the promise of the shuttle from the online posting. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly.

Horrible

Do not stay at Hotel Mbezi. It is shocking. The rooms were smelly and there was no water in the morning. The hotel did not even know we were arriving as they don't check their bookings.

The place needs alot of TLC. It could be a nice place if the owners would put some money back into their business!!! Bad showers!! And stop all that loud music!! Who wants to pay money for that?? You have to care about your customers!!! The reviews there are not honest!! Staff needs to care also!!

A nice place to stay in the Mbezi beach area. Good food and drinks and plenty of Took Tooks nearby to get you from point a to b.
