"The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging."

"They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height).
Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe. "

"Great hotel. Clean. Lovely. Heaps of amenities in room. Beautiful gardens. Fantastic massage. Overall, so so nice.
It's hotels only fault... no lift. We were on the 4th floor so it was a lot of stairs!! I request that Reservations staff let guests know that there is no lift on arrival, and check if they are okay with so many stairs - if we had have known, we would have requested a room on the 1st or 2nd floor as we had a 1-year-old child with us."
