When I arrived a the front desk, they said the reservation was showing cancelled. So I had to explain, show my reservation and wait

Clean and well located. Staff friendly. Cleaning crew sometimes failed to leave water or clean towels or more soap.

The front desk reception need to work and there skills a bit more. We arrived at 10 and told us that the room would be ready by 2. Upon arriving they told us the rooms wouldn’t be ready till 4 pm when in reality check in says at 2pm. They were rude then from there we had to stay in two different floors. This is not ideal for families with kids. Other than that it was nice.

It was in a nice location. Walkable to many places to eat, shops and easy to get uber/taxi's. The ocean views were really nice from the room and nice balcony. Rooms were average and nice.
