Loved the beach and ocean, very swimmable compared with other resorts that were too rocky. Staff was great. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

If you are going and want to enjoy amenities like a manicure, facial or massage, be aware the these are a shuttle bus or taxi ride to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. Shuttle is of course free and a taxi is standard taxi charge. I gave up on the manicure, but did have a great couples spa experience. Husband had the deep tissue massage and I had the facial, together in the same room. Mazatlán was great, we took the bus to central Mazatlán to experience the market. I worked great and we had a great time. We felt safe. The resort staff was excellent, remembering your names at the pool bar and the buffet restaurant. I love this resort and location, but felt pushed to visit and use Emerald Bay which I do not prefer. The room was musty and humid even with the requested provision of a dehumidifier, I thought that was air conditionings job, however that was not my profession.

There’s a lot of older individuals here … if you’re looking for an all inclusive where there’s not a lot of kids running around or music blasting all day and night this is it ….. but if you’re a younger person like me still nice but you wish you could party a lil more either way 10/10 for food, staff, services loved it! I feel well rested
