"The staff was really attentive, very welcoming. Unfortunately, during our trip an emergency happened and they knew how to handle it calmly and effectively. This is our first time visiting Mazatlan and this will be the hotel we stay at when visiting again. They have their private beach, which is very nice."

"They sprung that our 8 day stay had to be paid in cash. It said they take credit cards but not from Americans I guess. The bed was extremely hard. We did have a balcony which was very nice and we spent a lot of time on it. Our cleaning lady, Lucy, was amazing. She was very friendly and always tried to make sure everything was okay. We adored her. Carlos the security guard was very friendly and when they were playing loud music upstairs he went and got it turned down. Overall a good...
