Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!

El Servicio a clientes es decepcionante, no te ayudan en nada, el bellboy ni siquiera te ayuda a cargar una mochila, la recepcionista una cinica, las toallas y sabanas ya muy desgastadas, la limpieza la hacían tardísimo, el wifi se desconecta todo el tiempo, no te dejan ingresar comida o bebidas al area de alberca, realmente lo unico que vale la pena es la ubicación, de ahi en fuera apoyo todos los comentarios negativos que otros clientes han puesto, y que ahora compruebo eran verdad, pese a eso quise darle el beneficio de la duda y fue pesimo. Hay muchas mas opciones!!

Ubicación bien, todo lo demás más o menos.
El hotel buen ubicado y personal en general amable. Un poco viejas las instalaciones, algo sucio, un día no hubo agua por un rato, el internet en la habitación no es muy bueno. Otro detalle… no pudimos sacar factura ni por la app ni en el hotel.
