My stay was only a couple of day ,though i was very happy overall with our stay. Was veryy happy from check in to check out excellent service.

The hotel required reservation for all inclusive restaurants . Also , it wasn’t fully all inclusive . Bottles of water weren’t included there was also a room charge for room service .

A group of us spent 4 nights at the property in September of 2024. We are between 52 and 71. It wasn't the correct property for us. It is really geared towards families, and multiple generations at that. We all live in Mexico and have proficient Spanish. The property is showing deferred maintenance, and, at times, was really dirty from the crowds. That said---the staff, to a person, were delightful. They were friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely be glad that we were there. Our biggest problem was that 3 of us booked with Expedia and the other two booked directly with the hotel. There was a marked inequity in the bracelets and the benefits that came along with them. We were constantly given incorrect information on what we could/could not do, where we could/could not eat. On the last full day---the two who didn't book with Expedia paid for an upgrade. Well, due to poorly advised staff members, this resulted in an even bigger problem. They jumped levels above us. It was a problem when they were assured we could all go to the marina for dinner. Once we arrived, the staff had to tell us that this wasn't the case. We could join our newly upgraded friends for dinner but would have to pay the menu prices. We did this, it was never about the money. The real problem is that there was never one clear explanation of the levels of all-inclusive packages.
