We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. It was centrally located in the Zona Dorada.

Front staff was a bit rude, they didn’t like the fact I booked through Expedia.
We didn’t use the amenities but did take a look around. The pool looked nice but nice. With beach front access.
Our rooms were ok, beds were decent.
They however were not clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms/showers were dirty. Told the front desk but they kindove jiat shrugged it off.
They do make you have a $500
Peso CASH deposit which was not something I’m used to. I did get it back after I check out of the room and they sent someone to go check the room before letting us leave. I don’t know, it was just an uncomfortable visit. They made me feel like I was untrustworthy.
It’s a shame, the hotel has potentiom, but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the customer experience was.

Please note that the 500 pesos deposit upon arrival is very common in hotels and is to prevent damage after your stay in the room. The personnel of the cafeteria weren't pleasant. They were on their phone most of the time. they are too young. The food was terrible., the rooms where too dark not enough light. They don't clean the rooms every day. On our first day the bathroom floor had blood stains from before. This was my second time there, but this time was too much of a difference from before. Sorry for my comments but when I travel I like to rest in a clean place.
