The hotel is really run down, we had to change room because the first room we got was leaking water from the toilet, the light by the door would not turn off, and there were cockroaches in the middle of the night crawling on the toilet seat. The place is just really run down and had a humid smell. The beds felt like they were about to break and were not very comfortable with the sheets having a yellowish color and the paint in the wall chipping behind. I get that the area is not great but I’ve been to other places that at least are kept in working condition and clean. I am pretty disappointed but it was just too late in the day and we were too tired to book somewhere else. Don’t recommend unless it’s the only option.
Gotta give it to the check in person though, at least he was kind and did not give me any trouble when I asked to check room, good customer service from him.
