Posted 13 Sep 2022 on HotelsIncredible place in a beautiful central location in Mayrhoven. The reception lady Karin was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was always helpful, super cheerful and very accomadating. She upgraded us to a larger chateau when we arrived late, free of charge and allowed us to late check out when we got back from a hike later than we expected. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Mayrhofen. 10/10!

An OK stay for 2 nights
Posted 25 Aug 2018 on HotelsIt was good. The proprietor was friendly. Gave good advice as to trips etc. the room was clean, but noise from other rooms hinted it was an old and/or wooden building. Good breakfast though, especially the scrambled eggs. Weak coffee (an americano)

Friendly guesthouse, close to the centre of town and the two lift stations. Rooms were a good size and always warm. Fantastic views, good breakfasts, good value for money.
The only negative - this is a traditional alpine chalet (not a modern imitation), and the soundproofing is not great. We had a 'nocturnal elephant' in the room above, who kept us awake every night, stomping around his room.
