"From the welcome at checkin to our departure a week later this was a blissful experience. Food was superb, aprés ski facilities extensive, saunas, large pool enabling lap swimming, gym, steam room, infra red cabin, rooms & beds comfortable, excellent design in all aspects. Directly opposite Eggalm gondola, next to bus stop connecting to other ski areas within 15 minutes, including Hintertux glacier skiing at 3200 meters. "A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."
