It was very clean and quiet easy access from the parking lot not so much from the avenue but it was close to the town plaza

No hot water, Managment said they were working on it and never happen…

Dear Roberto First of all we want to offer you a sincere apology for the inconvenience encountered during your recent stay with us. We are aware of the hot water issue and belive me we did every thing possible but as it was a weekend it was impossible to get the parts we needed in order to fix the problem but as you know we kept our guest informend at all times by monday issue was taken cared of. We are always working in order to have every thing working, for a 100% satisfaaction but things happen and we do our best to maintain the control and every one informend. We hope to see you in a future visit in order to guarantee you and your love ones a much better experience.Kind regards
