It would be incorrect to call this property a resort. Great hotel sure, but definitely doesn’t meet the requirements for a resort. The rooms and hallways are quite spacious. Overall property has a clean industrial look. Room has a premium feel as well.
Coming to the bad part, when i was there it was filled to the brim with guests. During morning breakfast time it took me 15-20 min to even get a table to sit down. And due to this rush the service was also quite slow and there was a queue at every counter. Moreover this property also doesn’t have any scenic views even after being in lonavala. Although they do have free nature treks, cycling, cooking classes etc

Underwhelming
Posted 25 Apr 2024 on HotelsReally did not meet my expectations for a new Radisson. The king size mattress was two twin mattresses put together. They put them on widthwise =
instead of lengthwise ll
so our hips kept falling in the gap. The mattresses were so uneven and soft.
The toilet was unable to flush toilet paper. The food was underwhelming. They had a band blasting music well past 10:30 so considering it is a resort and SPA it sure wasn’t very relaxing. They also have a club in the ground floor of the rooms we stayed in and we could hear the boom of the bass all the way on the 6th floor where we were staying and had to turn the fan on high to drown out the sound.
I did visit the spa which was really nice and had nice massage.
As much as we love Lonavala itself, given all the disappointments, we won’t stay here again.

Shoma from the dining service was very good amazing service front desk was also very good almost all the staff was perfect I can say even till the tall door man he was very pleasent and always extremely helpful through out we got two suites though there’s nothing in their to make it a suite not even any ambiance literally room with a couch and ac is very very rattling and loud not worth the money better to keep a basic room
