"They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. "This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink."
