Friendly staff.Elegant and comfortable living room with a table with comfortable faux leather chairs and a comfortable chaise lounge. Good to sleep in a comfortable bed after a very hot shower. Pleased to use a functional a microwave oven. Luggage stands appreciated as was a comfortable bedroom chair at a dressing table with a good mirror, functional aircon, good lighting, internet, and the launch service. The owner, Edna, is friendly and helpful. For a price, she drove me to the supermarket and nearby takeaway shops. However, the toilet doesn’t flush, there were no bulbs in the pretty bedside lamps until I asked for them, the shower overflowed into the bathroom. I had to ask someone to mop up the water in the bathroom. The swimming pool is dry, drought. The nice glass table in the courtyard had no chairs to sit. It’s way out of town. Good if you have a vehicle.
I think Edna is working on improving things that don’t function properly.

Cleanliness is a challenge

Needs a good clean
Posted 9 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe place needed a proper clean and then it would have been ok. There was a hole in the wall above the fridge with spiders webs, the stove and sink were filthy, and the bathroom floor and shower needed a good scrub. Was also very noisy as the room next door was very loud and played music past 10pm. The pool has leaves in it and also needed a good clean. We did however manage to get our laundry done there which was convenient and at a very reasonable price. The staff were great as well; very helpful and polite.

I stayed with my wife for 2 days. The place was easy to locate and seemed safe and secure with a night guard. It is little outside the centre of Maun, so very nice if you don't like noise associated with inner town or city life. Great stay overall- its a 3star! However, the name is a bit over the top-'luxury' apartments. I would stay there again. Wi-Fi very good and available 24/7 while we were there- which was key for us. Reliable hot water also available. Room serviced for self-catering also a plus. Would be useful to provide an additional towel or 2, instead of only 1.

Expedia need to sort out their booking process
Posted 13 Aug 2018We arrived expecting 2 rooms that could accommodate a total of 5 and found the property expecting 3 . This is the third time we have used Expedia and every time the hotel or apartment are not clear of numbers of beds needed ...Expedia need to sort out their search criteria and adapt for families of 5 as it never works !
The property were great and have us an extra room . The manager , Witnes, is exceptional and has gone above and beyond to help . Would highly recommend .

Pros: Exclusivity and comfort
Cons: A few improvements to make: signage to be availed from the main road for ease of directions in case one does not have google maps.
Location: Boat rides/cruies
Excellent, the host, the staff were just amazing and made us feel comfortable and specials.

We look forward to hosting you again.
