Our room smelled like cigerettes badly. Took our whole trip to air it out. Bathroom door was broken and at one point locked itself shut with us on the outside.

I stayed for 5 nights while visiting family. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

I was very impressed with this facility. Facility has been upgraded and is very nice. Room is large and modernized. Check in staff was very efficient and friendly.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was nice, the only problem was our door to the room was a little difficult to open and close completely. You had to give it a good shoulder push to get it open and closed. Over all it was a reallyy good experience.

Fleas in Bed, Hot Hallways, No Ice
Posted 14 Aug 2024 on HotelsThere were fleas in the bed jumping around when I turned the bed down. I changed rooms but it was warm throughout the hotel and no ice on the 1st floor. I was then charged for the second night even though I checked out the next morning at 10 AM. The Best Western Maumee has really gone down hill. I've stayed several times before and nothing like this happened until now.
