Definitely short staffed in bar and restaurant. We have stayed numerous times in the last 2 months and almost every time one person - I believe her name is Jaylene is by herself. She does an amazing job for one person, but she is there late and back in the morning for breakfast. Good thing you have her.

Quiet hotel with great customer service. Shower was lovely and bed was so.comfortable.

The only thing that is slightly off, is the room bathrooms. They could be cleaner. Hair on the floor and hair in the shower, isnt great to find in a room. The first time we stayed it was perfect, but every time since, that is how we find our bathroom in our room. It is as easy as rinsing down the shower and maybe sweepimg the floors.

Room was very clean and staff were very pleasant, will stay there again when I come back to Mattoon.

Breakfast was terrible food cold staff bad pancake mix was black stuff in it..NO SHOWER GEL.
