Only property condition is rated low was because of remodeling during my visit. I’ll stay again!!

Very convenient. I know the TV remote wasn't cleaned as it had something sticky like frosting on it, easily wiped off. There was a piece of candy on the floor by the wall that was left for us to find.
Staff was nice and friendly.

Elevator has been broken for 18 months- didn't tell us until we arrived. Lugging suitcases up to 3rd floor is annoying

Front desk that checked us in at 8 pm was friendly and did his job well. Room was clean and large. Will be back ŵhen i come to graduate with my masters.

I knew Mattoon would have limited areas to stay however this was reviewed well. The elevator was broken so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs, and the hot tub was broken. Our key stopped working but they quickly fixed it, it was just inconvenient. The breakfast that was included was ok, nothing outstanding. Had the basics, which is all we needed. When we checked in the room was set at 54-degrees! I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in town
