It was a pleasant stay, there was spurts of night traffic that could be heard through night but still pleasant for day away. When entering the facility it was a mildew dusty smell. Stronger wet mop scent as you entered the room. Made it feel as if it was not truly clean The front desk needs improvement. He was not friendly, the greeting was started with me. He asked for a deposit but did not give detail on the process. There was no followup questions. When checking out no thank you for staying, did I enjoy my stay, nothing. I had to ask for receipt. Just do better!

My mom had to stay here for a week due to Hurricane Helene, property was clean, staff friendly, although the place was pretty busy with a lot of people in and out we felt safe. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful from the time we checked in. It was a very comfortable place and we would definitely use this location again!

the website stated check in is 18 , i also called the property to confirm that, and i was also told that it was 18 . i traveled from WA state to this hotel here in NC just to be told i’m not allowed to check in because the policy is 21 . why was that not anywhere in the description? and why was i not informed over the phone? disappointed honestly,dishonest advertising

I stayed on the first floor of the property. When I checked in, the clerk told me that I could expect it to get "really cold" in my room. In actuality, the room was so humid, the only way to not allow the floor to become slick with condensation (able to be seendue to the lack of carpet in the room), was to keep the AC on and turned down to a colder setting. What's interesting is that it wasn't even humid outside, but inside made you feel sticky almost instantly. I live in Louisiana so I am more than familiar with humidity. I have never had to go to bed shaking from the cold in order to not feel suffocated by humidity though. Also, the chair in the room was torn in multiple places. As in the actual surface of the chair was torn in multiple places. I was stunned that they had actual left it in a room they were charging full price. The paint on the walls looked poorly done, with uncovered spackled patches visible from across the room. There was no good rest to be had in the bed, either. The sheets were stiff and scratchy and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. This Extended Stay offers an in room kitchenette but absolutely no items (cookware, utensils, etc ) are actually in the room. Every item had to be requested from the desk. The phone in the room also had a sign stating that the guest would be charged for every outgoing phone call, local or long distance. Further added that even "non-answered" phone calls would be charged to the guest as well.
