The staff are wonderful. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that our stay was great. We have a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure that he had special meals every time.

Amazing Onsen experience
Posted 4 Mar 2018Amazing experience, the all Onsen staff went the extra mile to make our stay the most pleasant possible. The water quality is great and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Food is at great level especially the French restaurant. Breakfast were among the best we ever experienced. The mountain area offers good choice for great walk and the nearby Matsumoto city is a gem with lots of interesting small shops to discover and a great selection of eating places of various topologies.

素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。まず、スタッフのおもてなしの数々。食事は日本料理を選びましたが、「本当に日本人に生まれてよかった。」と思える、料理のおいしさを堪能しました。夕食の２時間が、味の舌鼓とスタッフとのやり取りに家族の会話も弾み、あっという間の楽しいひと時となりました。お風呂は「立ち湯」に行ってみました。広い湯船の向こうには、もはや壁もガラスも無く、楓や自然の渓流がすぐそこに存在しています。別世界のような景色が3階の「立ち湯」にみられ、露天？の新しい、そして素晴らしい形態を体験することができました。是非また季節を変えて宿泊したいと思います。
