"I liked it Check in was a chore Person checking us in had no knowledge of how to check us in but was asking personal questions non pertaining to the reservation. Be prepared for the noise from a garage of sorts next door. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Staff in the morning was very kind and helpful. Thank you "

"The location is in the very centre of Bulawayo, with walking distance to both the Art Gallery (10 min) and The Natural History Museum (15 min). There are plenty of fast-food and restaurant options within minutes by foot from the hotel. Also, very easy to arrange pick-up/drop-off at the hotel as all tour operators doing excursions to Khami ruins, Great Zimbabwe ruins and Matobo NP know it. The Selborne Hotel is clean, neat and I recommend it. Excellent location and very helpful staff. Some details in my room would need an update, but all in all a really pleasant stay!"

"Excellent old colonial hotel run by wonderful, professional and very approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Very warm welcome which remained throughout my 5 day stay. A unique experience with the wonderful old gentlemens club with lots of rooms of rooms to explore topped off with wonderful staff."

"What is shown online is miles away from you see. Expedia should not associate with this lodge. By associating with this lodge your reputation is on the line. I will not use Expedia because if this lodge. An investigation into this lodge needs to be carried out immediately to protect others. "
