"Appartement correct avec tout le nécessaire. Par contre, mauvais agencement. Le canapé n'est pas en face de la télé. Les WC sont très étroits, pas facile de fermer la porte de la salle de bain qui est trop petite avec une baignoire trop haute. Les accès aux différents jeux sont payants et il n'y a pas de distributeur de monnaie car il faut des pièces de 1 euro. Même en demandant à l'accueil, il n'y a pas de monnaie. Perfect for the ferry with Spa as a bonus

"5–10 minutes from the ferry. Great breakfast. Clean functional rooms. We didn’t get to use the spa or the pool but that would’ve been a great bonus. The only downside is as other people have written , it’s McDonald’s or Buffalo Grill, if you want to eat on the doorstep."

"Great location close to the beach. Walking distance to old town. We were able to upgrade our room, had a sea view. Could also see the old town. Room very clean, spacious. Just needed a fridge to keep drinks like water cold. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional – ideal whether you’re here for a romantic weekend or a few quiet days by the sea. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Saint-Malo. We’ll definitely be back!"
