Property should seriously work on cleanliness. And the charges are not even worth it. Rooms are nothing like what it is in picture.

Absolutely disgusting hotel!
Posted 18 Dec 2022 on HotelsMe and family stayed here for 2 nights and I was absolutely disgusted with the rooms and hospitality services.
I've stayed at 1000s of hotels in my lifetime from Indonesia, Ethiopia, India, China, UK etc. This hotel is clearly the worst. This is definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel like the reviews show. If I can rate it a 0, I would have. Few things I noticed during our stay.
1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains.
2) Rat running around in the room. Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer for these issues.
3) Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick.
4) Morning breakfast barely had any options.
5) At 4am someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away from our unit.
6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise.
7) No safety lock on your doors from the inside. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern from my point of view I had to put a chair in front of the doors.
The staff as well is not helpful the person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care.
In conclusion, i don't recommended staying here and ill filling a complaint against the hotel for this.

Suffocating, un-hygienic rooms, dirty utensils, and dirty bedsheets. If you have the patience to argue with the staff to change each and everything thing that you get in the room, then go for it. The staff is overly humble to compensate for the low standards of the hotel, but that will not make your stay any better.

Ok sort of stay if you are coming alone

The property was an excellent location to celebrate the Holi festivals in Mathura. The staff were exceptional, and were always eager to help out, answer questions and ensure we were happy during our stay. Although the entire staff was fabulous, Yogesh Singh provided exceptional customer service. The food served at the hotel was very good, and extremely convenient.
