good customer service. only downside is you need to book taxi thru hotel front desk to go out. Hotel charge 3X for the taxi fair.

The bathrooms smelled, dirty and old. This is not a 5 start resort. This place is nasty to stay. The smell was awful. I asked to speak to manager and he never came to talk. The staff were clueless

The above ratings speak for itself. This was a very disappointing stay. Arrived late and my room smelled like the septic system was leaking. I asked the hotel to fix it but unfortunately had to ask every day for my 6 day stay. I didn’t get hot water in my shower and had to repeatedly ask to get this fixed but no luck. The front desk offered to put me and my group in different rooms but ended up smaller rooms with same smell.
