Beautiful resort, the renovations are underway on the main pool but was not an issue. The area is beautiful and renovated rooms spacious and relaxing. Loved this place

The room was great, we couldn't have a late ck-out and we went with 15m before the breakfast finish and the waitress look at her watch before she sat us. Not to profesional.

Very nice hotel in Islamorada. There is a construction till December 2024 so beware of the noise levels and one pool and part of the beach is out. But the hotel itself is amazing

Renovations done were great. Current renovations were unpleasant and noisy. There was no mention of ongoing renovations when booking. Do not book before renovations are complete.

Expedia should say that the property is undergoing renovation. Only one pool in service . Almost the entire resort is closed.

The resort was being remodeled when we stayed the part we were in had just be done very nice job when the other side is done you will wonder why go to another country to get what you can enjoy here in the states. Referring to nice scenery palms Everything you get from out of the country except for the all inclusive part. But here you can go wherever you want very nice and if we return to the keys this would be my place to stay. No high rise No elevator. Park in front of your room staff was very accommodating Don’t forget to say high to Moe at the entrance
