"Absolutely lovely space, we stayed here in Feb 2024 and can't wait to return! The room was spacious with a king size bed and had a large bathroom with twin sinks, soaker tub and a gorgeous tiled shower. Swimming is close by maybe 200m, in a sheltered bay. "Cleanest place I have stayed in in Cuba. Good staff with very limited English and me with no Spanish. I arrived in terrific rain storm and the staff let me have my room early at no extra charge. Two cute, well behaved, friendly quiet house dogs. When I was waiting for a taxi the next morning, the landlady brought me coffee. Much appreciated. Nice clean place smelling slightly of new paint, always a good sign. "

"Terrible experience. I have booked via Expedia. I was flying from Canada where there was a terrible weather the flight got cancelled initially then got rebooked. I finally got to Varadero around 11:30 p m ok 30 dec. I found a taxi driver which called the hostel 3 to 4 times to ask the address. The lady from hostel replied that no reservation has been made on my name and her hostel is booked.
