Gostei da atenção dos funcionários e a localização da pousada é excelente, mas não gostamos muito do estado de conservação geral da pousada, a exemplo do banheiro com vazamento. Necessitam de manutenção.

não esta valendo o custo beneficio

Qualidade do serviço, bem precário e claramente sem gestão e organização Comodidades do hotel, roupa de cama velhas com furos e tecido esgarçados. café da manha com sistema de ficha/cardápio prévio, servido individualmente nas varandas de cada quarto, tudo bem se não fosse a flagrante falta de preparo e desorganização das atendentes perdidas..... infelizmente na avaliação geral o investimento não vale a hospedagem Localização do hotel, é excelente,segura e silenciosa, no entanto a pousada esta um pouco "largada" sem gestão e organização , vejo potencial na estrutura e local que não estão alinhada com o serviço.

Venda casada e cobrança pelo uso do frigobar

Pontos negativos que precisam ser ressaltados: 1- logo na recepção há uma placa de orientações sobre a pousada, onde consta a informação de que é proibido entrada com bebidas e alimentos. Ora, isso caracteriza venda casada, posto que obriga o hóspede, portanto, a consumir apenas o que consta do frigobar da pousada. Destaque-se que contratamos apenas serviço de hospedagem, e não de alimentos. Esse deve ficar a cargo do hóspede se vai levar o próprio ou consumir o do frigobar. Portanto, violação total ao que preconiza o CDC e julgados do tribunais Brasil à fora. 2 - Cobrança de 20 reais pelo uso particular do frigobar do quarto. Mesquinharia absurda. Ressalte-se que o frigobar já fica ligado, pois contém produtos da pousada, assim, cobrar 20 reais, por mais q na prática n venha a ocorrer, mas o simples fato de conter tal informção no cardápio que fica em cima do frigobar, bem como num documento que assinamos ao fazermos check in, já constrange o hóspede que queira usar o frigobar, imaginando ser cortesia. Até pq em momento algum da oferta no hoteis.com falam sobre cobrança do uso particular do frigobar, bem como vedação a levar alimentos e bebidas. Então, fica o Registro dos dois pontos negativos.

Paisagem do local bem legal... box do banheiro hiper pequeno, o café da manhã só da aquelas mesmas opções para todos os dias e sem muita diversidade, o quarto com odor desagradável..Não vale o preço que é cobrado. Não gostei e não recomendo.

Excelente oportunidade

Muito boa estadia. O café da manhã é servido na varanda do quarto e a pousada é próxima a foz do rio. Excelente para tomar banho com a maré vazia. O Ramon nos recebeu muito bem e a pousada possui uma lojinha de roupas que estavam com bons descontos. Pretendo retornar lá. A única sugestão é que na área interna deveria haver um quebra mola para evitar que alguns hóspedes excedam a velocidade no estacionamento. Há crianças na pousada e os quartos ficam de frente para a pista.
