"Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height...

"A charming hotel with good parking facilities. The room was superb and very clean. Very convenient for the town. If you have heavy baggage, this hotel might not be for you as there isn’t a lift. Ask for one of the lower floor rooms. We were on the third but our bags were light so not an issue. Overall, a great stay and one we would recommend."

"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

"A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."
