Nice and friendly staff, comfortable room and facility, away from the very busy area, yet river front and 15 minutes walk to the busiest part of the town.

We rented two rooms, one for our guest from out of town. His room’s A/C didn’t work so the hotel tried to fix it and when it still didn’t work like it should, they moved him to another room. We appreciated the attentiveness and care. My only sad face would be that the Sky Bar was closed due to potential rain. I just wanted to see the skyline but the front desk staff said they would have to open the bar so it was a no-go. The second floor bar was nice with great friendly service. Rooms were very nice too. Definitely recommend.

Nice modern hotel, very good location next to river, staff are super warm and friendly. We wil back for sure Dinner was tasty also.

Had the best cosmo I've ever had the pleasure of drinking at the lounge located in the hotel. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Grear view from the roof top bar for sunset.

The Vincci Porto was an interesting hotel it used to be an old fish market and the architecture inside is very industrial looking. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable too. The hotel is located on the Douro River. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to take advantage of outdoor dining or sunsets.

Room excellent and clean. The bar stayed open to a good hour, Breakfast convenient although I ditched the cooked breakfast after the second morning as it was luke warm (like most self service breakfasts in hotels) and had the continental alternative. Coffee was good. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visited Porto again.

No view of the river in the room. The hotel needs some renovations. The room was very good with coffee machine minibar and the hotel gave small port wine with chocolate cups.
