Multiple problems upon arrival, with limited communication. Services offered online are false. The bed was very uncomfortable. The main hotel was kind enough to re-accommodate us in their main hotel, which is the reasoning we have given it a 2 star rather than 1 star. Staff at main hotel very friendly and helpful.

Posted 23 Jul 2019 on HotelsHard to find. Parking is down he road and confusing the add says free but there is a meter in the parking lot. So you tend to pay it. Wifi is good. TV Italian only, bathroom fixtures not is good working order. no elevator four stories up. Not much to do in this town, one can take the bus to sorrento which is good. Few choice of nearby restaurants. Netflix appears to be available for the kids, but it's not.

The person who was to meet us to give us the key was no where to be found. The operator of a different local business finally got her on the phone and she came. She stated she’d emailed me to ask what time we were arriving (even though our booking gave a 4 hour window). I never got that email. She also said she’d emailed to say we’d only have a double room, despite the receipt which says quad, I also never got that email. The hot water didn’t work at all on day two, and the heater was marginal at best. Definitely will not be returning. However, the town was lovely and charming with one of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patron.

Thanks for the nice things you said about us. It is permissible for us to know a time of arrival, we are not a hotel so we can also move away for short periods from the apartement. With the hot water Unfortunately there was a problem for the whole city and it's not our fault, but still I apologize.
For the e-mails I sent you I kept them and if you want I send them to you. We are professional! The room booked was quadruple but for double use so for two so you cannot use both rooms. Thank you very much. Massa Lubrense You're glad you were here!!!!

Ottima struttura in pieno centro di massa lubrense, comoda se si vuole girare a piedi, si possono trovare pure posteggi auto nelle vie limitrofe, ci sono dei bar comodi per la zona. Se serve c'è il servizio bus che lascia davanti la struttura.
