So relaxing - what a great hostel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the kitchens and lounge areas were great too! It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back!

Good value for the price
Posted 24 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe place and service was amazing also great location. I’m ok with no AC as it’s a budget friendly location but there was no fan in the room either. I was sweating in my sleep like I do when I exercise.

Mi spiace che dia la colpa a noi con una pessima recensione e non ha neanche dormito da noi!
Lei prenota un ostello alle ore 23 per la stessa notte dove è SCRITTO che il ricevimento chiude alle 19 e per questo dice che siamo pessimi. Le recensioni servono a dare un giudizio alla struttura e lei NON ha dormito da noi che giudizio può dare. Cordiali saluti
