"Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. "This hotel is located on the 4th floor of an older building in a very busy, noisy neighborhood. Nevertheless, it is convenient and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The lobby, rooms and bathrooms are quite nice and at a 5 star level. But the building is old, the elevator is old and tiny. The highlight is the rooftop terrace which was terrific!"

"WIthout wanting to give a bad review as the man is helpful and friendly and a great guy, the fact it is called B&B Miralia with no breakfast is misleading. Be prepared to share a bathroom although we had our own toilet. I forgot to bring our extension cable and tehre was just one plug in our room. However, you are in the heart of Naples so dont expect 4 star. The location is fantastic and having stayed in Naples a few times, this location was by far the best. "

"The hosts are amazing! Definitely book breakfast at least one morning- it is family-home-cooked on a lovely roof top terrace. The room was stylish and comfortable. The rooms are up quite a few flights of stairs or a tiny little vintage elevator. There is a lot to walk to including Via Roma/Toledo and the historic center. This place is difficult to find and access with rolling luggage from the airport bus; definitely take a cab!"

"We were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us where to park. Then she showed us our room. It’s a cute little place. We walked down to Sorrento which was only a short distance. And WOW!! "On the whole we enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great, bed comfy and a nice bathroom.the staff friendly and helpful. We did have issues… the air con was noisy and we couldn’t turn it off until a staff member came. Air con from other rooms was noisy as were people scrapping chairs across the tiled floors at all times night and day, and locally there was a small dog that constantly yapped from dawn to dusk, however these are problems everywhere.
