Typical 90's buit hotel for decor. Horrible breakfast, best thing about it was the salt and pepper.

DID NOT LIKE AT ALL, VERY COSTLY FOR THE QUALITY. Matteress was poor and old. Toilet would not flush - had to take lid off to do it manual. Horrible noise with people coming in LATE night yelling, one girl screaming, & people running. Woke us up. Old dirty drab property. Staff not friendly at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We had 2 rooms for our family.

Comfort suites is a great hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Comfy beds. Highly recommend. A

Upon walking in, we immediately noticed the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no one at the front desk for quite a while. Finally someone showed up to check us in. Everything is outdated. When we finally got to our room, we wouldn’t even dare to touch any of it. The bed looked unclean. The furniture was falling apart. The whole place smelled awful. We didn’t even stay there. We moved to the Renaissance next door and ate the money on it. Do yourself a favor. Don’t stay here. Every inch needs updated and deeply cleaned. Especially the pool area. When the water looks green, don’t even dare to go in there. The stairwells are disgusting at best. The staff are untrustworthy and barely even there. All we could hear was them laughing alone in the back office and they were incredibly slow to respond to people at the front waiting to check in. Especially considering how empty it was. No reason for the slowness. Don’t stay here.

Overall it was good, staff were super friendly and breakfast was good. Our only issue was the shower head kept falling down. But would definitely stay again.
