We love Hampton Inn. We only stay there. We know what to expect and they always deliver! Wish we could have been served biscuits and gravy for breakfast…that would be my only complaint.

Nice place. Booked this hotel for a party, the room we had for the party was nice and the staff was very accommodating

They need to update that they don’t have a hot tub because it says online they have one and they do not

Really sad to see that they took out the hot tub specifically booked this hotel because it said they had a hot tub. Also, the pool heater was broken so the pool was unusable as well but other than that it was a good.

If you see that we are advertising one, please get back to us with the website so we can correct (all of the sites we are aware of, have any control over - that amenity has been removed). Pool heater is working now, we keep water between 80-85 degrees. Pleased your stay otherwise was good! I hope we are able to welcome you back on your next visit to Mason City!
