"Nicole at the front desk was rude and unreasonably authoritative. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, she showed no interest in acknowledging my membership because I had booked through Expedia. She neither asked for nor looked up my membership information, and she informed me that I would not receive any Hilton benefits. I requested a room not facing the cemetery side, but Nicole curtly replied that I should return after 3 PM, and she might have a room then. Additionally, I requested a first-floor room due to my need for a mobile scooter, but she showed no concern or effort to accommodate this. When we returned after 3 PM, we were given a room on the second floor. Overall, Nicole was very business-like, lacking any courtesy or professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. On a positive note, the pool experience was great, and breakfast was good."

"Leaving the hotel and waiting for the valet. I went straight out waiting for a valet and was standing there with nonsense not realizing that the ticket had to be scanned. So perhaps being more clear to guest on how to get the car from valet parking; otherwise, my stay was great."
