Spiders dirty range and carpet

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable too

This property says they are pet friendly but upon arrival they did accept our pet. This needs to be changed on the website.

Hi Allen,In reviewing our hotel reservation records, I'm seeing you reserved two suites with Expedia, however declined to stay with us after learning we only take dogs not cats. Our notes show too that we offered to release one suite and still offer accommodates for you and the dog that you declined. Also our notes show you were not charged for late cancellation for the two suites. I apologize that we do not take cats and that we disappointed you..

The owners obviously pride themselves in keeping the rooms and office area clean. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there when visiting our family in Maryville.
