Seems like they’ve renovated recently. Nice, even had a kitchenette.

Nice place to stay not far from the airport. Good value for money. Easy parking and safe area. Supermarkets and dining options nearby.

Hi Declan,Yes our venue is only a nine minute drive to the Knoxville Airport. So glad we met your lodging budget too. In addition to the nearby shopping and restaurants our venue is near the mall! Extremely helpful with area knowledge and they take a lot of pride in this place. I normally won’t stay the same place twice however this is my go-to spot from now on!

Though the property is older, it is very well maintained. The exterior and interior were clean and organized. You can also walk across the parking lot to McDonald's and Cook Out for ease.
I decided to sleep in rather than partake of breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but I would stay here again if visiting the area.
