Probably not where I’d take the family on vacation but I was staying there for work and it was very convenient

While the host who checked me in was lovely, the room was not. We stayed all of 10 minutes, long enough to make a reservation elsewhere. I could not in good conscience have my kids sleep in a bed with blood stained sheets, food splatter crusted on the lamp and ceiling, used paper plates in the linen closet, and general filth of the pillow cases and rest of the room. I cried, we made new plans and left.

There was a lot of hair in the room that wasn’t mine. The mattress had a very large indent where someone probably laid for a long time and I couldn’t sleep on that side.

Shower had hair in it, clearly was not cleaned prior to us showing up. There were no clean towels placed in our room. Just (1) clearly used towel. The TV remote did not respond well with the TV & the furniture was not in good condition. Could definitely use a deep clean. Staff gave me no problem with getting my money back. & canceling the room past check-in time.
