Check in was fast and the clerk was very nice. Our room was spacious. We couldn’t find bedding for the sofa bed so I had to go to the front desk. Check out was a little slow. Clerk was having issues with the computer and we were unable to pay separate for the room. We were able to park near the door to enter the hotel. The parking lot had plenty of lights for when we arrived at 10pm. The hotel is within a 10 min drive to the airport.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was big and clean, breakfast was great. Definitely 10/10 stay

I would say my only complaint is that employees were always gathered around one of the side entrances smoking. For a non smoker it was disgusting to have to walk through all that smoke. It would be 4-5 at a time. All smoking

Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis Riverport - Aeropuerto Oeste The worst hotel I have ever been to. I will never go back. Terrible. It doesn't have a laundry room like it says. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for breakfast because the egg was gone and they didn't put it back... and in the coffee maker in the room there were animal nests. Also, the service when you arrive from the woman in front of the hotel is terrible. I will never go back, don't rent it.

Checkin was a breeze! Mariah is a gem! Rooms were clean! Pool was well maintained. When we asked for poolside towels the staff got right on it and restock! Wonderful visit!

My experience here was terrible. It took 2 hours to checkin because the systems were down and they could not get my door key to work in room 135 (knowing there was a known issue with keys not working for that room). The entire time during my one night stay there were nothing but customer complaints. Most of them were keys that wouldn't work. So much so that we couldn't get back into the hotel at night. We had to pry open the front doors. Would highly not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast was just okay.
