We were given the wrong pin for the cottage and took 3 phone calls to sort. Otherwise a lovely place although didn't use the kitchen as we ate out.

Pros: Located in the township, just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants etc
We were surprised by the size of our Studio Villa, including large bathroom with spa bath.

Pros: The location cannot be better. The furnishings are of excellent quality and up to the minute in style.
Punctually met by friendly and welcoming manager on arrival . Villa had well appointed upstairs bedroom and bathroom with 2 x single beds with dual aspect windows giving great views. Downstairs has a huge bed, lounge/dining area, kitchen and a roomy bathroom. Everything is in excellent condition, very clean and of good quality throughout. Although only staying overnight on this occasion, the villa would have made a perfect long stay very pleasurable. It is close by the main square so you can walk everywhere easily to the many shops, cafes, bars, etc and it is very close to the main run of vineyards.

Perfect location
Posted 22 Mar 2018Wonderful and spacious stand alone villas. There was a large kitchen, living and dining area, a separate bedroom, good size bathroom and cute front porch. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and private at night, only 7 or 8 villas. Breakfast was not provided, but with the wonderful kitchen we did our own breakfast. We never saw any staff, which was fine with us, we didn’t have an issues and staff communicated with us prior to our arrival on what to do. There is parking onsite. The best part was the location. Walking distance to wineries and to the lovely downtown area of Martinborough where there are lots of restaurants, shops, grocery store etc. Would highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Martinborough
Posted 2 Feb 2018 on HotelsLiterally could not be a better place to stay in Martinborough.
(Disclosure: this is the only place we stayed)
I had initially tried to get a room at the Martinborough Hotel, but so glad we found this place instead. So much character!
Location is ideal. Just off the main town square. We actually had a bike race end right in front of the Villa! Also DO NOT MISS the Neighborhood Cafe on the corner. Best place ever. Had breakfast there every morning.
Service: the woman who runs the place was very sweet and suggested things we may want to do when we met in passing, but there was no need to check in or out and total privacy if that's what you want! Ideal.
Villas are clean and comfortable! Fridge, water kettles, glassware, etc.
Cannot wait to come back!
