Despite some friendly hosts and a very central location, our stay here made us glad we were only staying one night in Martinborough. The dirty carpet, lack of WiFi (which is as advertised to be fair) and numerous bug sightings makes the Motel feel very outdated and quite uncomfortable. Also, while of course not the Motel’s fault, the fire station across the road blaring a siren in the middle of the night like the Blitz is raining down on you made our night less than ideal. While I understand the stay is cheap for the area, compared to what we have received across the country for the same price we were disappointed, and I would recommend paying a bit extra for some of the beautiful other stays in Martinborough. The cheap price and location is the only thing saving this from a one star review.

The owners were very nice and helpful. Very cheerful. Motel a bit dated but comfortable and clean.

Comfortable stay for a good price
Posted 6 Jun 2024 on HotelsHad a comfortable two night stay at this small motel. The room was quite spacious, and the beds and couch was comfortable. The shower had good pressure and worked well. The hosts provided 2 heaters to make sure the room was warm, and pre-heated the room prior to arrival. The decor of the motel is a little dated, but everything was clean and in good condition. The motel is well located, being a very short walk from the main square. The motel was reasonably priced. The managers were friendly and welcoming.
