Staff was very attentitive. Everyone we met that worked there was gracious and provided anything we needed with a smile. Breakfast area needed to be larger as one morning we went there was no room to grab anything.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and cool. The rooms were updated and very clean. They have a refrigerator and microwave in them. This hotel will definitely be my go to when I visit my daughter at UTM.

Do not disturb sign on the door and house keeping comes banging on the door at 7 am, leaf blower 10 minutes later right outside our door. Went to front desk, barely an apology.
