Bugs in the bathroom. Very dirty. Maintenance an issue. Most things broken or in need of repair or replacement.

Outside appearance was run down looking, got there late and couldn’t go inside to check in had to stay outside at a window. Only 1 stairway up to the second floor and the room was all the way at the other end. When inside it was very bare like they were trying to remodel. The floors were dirty, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had hairs all over the place, maybe from a dog or something. The walls are super thin you could hear the people in the other room.

The staff was very kind and that was appreciated.
The property is covered in trash. The room was filthy. Things like the light switches were covered in grime. Our room was labeled “non-smoking” but the smoke smell was so heavy it burned our eyes and our bed covering had holes burned into it.
