"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"We had a lovely stay at Little Paradise, Greyfield Farm Cottages! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and had lots of amenities to make our stay feel just like being at home. We were able to bring our dog due to the cottages being dog friendly which meant our little pup also had a lovely weekend away with us. Beautiful Spa Hotel, Centrally Located in Bath

"The Gainsborough has a beautiful spa area and is very centrally and conveniently located in downtown Bath. The hotel stocks all rooms with soft drinks and water in the mini fridge (a nice touch), and the breakfast offerings are excellent, including both a continental buffet with a cooked to order option. The bar area of the hotel is small and was not well stocked during our visit. Also, some of the staff seemed new and unfamiliar (although polite) with the property, but the concierge as well as the front desk manager, Howard, were wonderful, and made what was a good stay into a great stay. The concierge's restaurant and tour recommendations were wonderful, and the front desk manager assisted our party of four with an issue we encountered with a rude and arrogant guest. The professionalism he demonstrated in handling the situation was commendable. We will be back. "
